    ARG! Hormones! LOL I have hit the age of hot flashes, but I find when I feed my body pure nutrition that it helps. I have done ok on the weight end since I stopped eating gluten, I weigh less now then I did 20 years ago, and I can’t do much in the exercise department due to my AI. I am as active as I can be, but not as active as I wish I was. It’s amazing to me how much we don’t know yet about how our bodies really work. This would really help!

    Hormones?! My goodness they drive me nuts!! I thought they would ease up after my partial hysterectomy, but they have not. They drive me nuts, so I can’t imagine how my husband feels about it! haha Poor guy

    After being diagnosis in late 2012, my physician immediately placed me on a restricted diet. Avoid all corn based products, dairy, and gluten. It made phenomenal differences! Not only did it shed the pounds, but it also got my digestive issues under the best control I’ve ever had. Once I got my stomach under control, the other symptoms lessened as well.
