‘FibroSleep’ Natural Sleep Aid ~ Falling Asleep Mother Nature’s Way

  • “I have been given this product as part of a product review through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company. “

‘FibroSleep’ may be your answer to Fibromyalgia induced insomia.

‘FibroSleep’, from ProHealth, first caught my attention due to the fact that it is composed of all natural ingredients. In treating my FMS symptoms, I do my best to stay away from chemical solutions. If there’s a way to treat the symptom naturally without putting undo stress on my liver, I’m in!

‘FibroSleep’ worked to help me fall asleep. Several different levels of natural aid worked to accomplish this:

  • Herbal support ~ Comprised of 400mg of Sedapine, a blend of herbs that work together to promote sleep support and relaxation.

  • Digestive support ~ 4 different anti-oxidant and natural anti-inflammatory aids, including peppermint and lemon balm.

  • Two forms of magnesium ~ this balances nerve transmission and muscle contractions.

  • Amino Acid support ~ to build healthy nerves and balance hormones.

Fibro-Sleep could help with Fibromyalgia induces insomnia by aiding in falling & staying asleep with an all natural blend

I found that ‘FibroSleep’ did help to induce relaxation, which in turn helped to bring on sleep.  Falling and staying asleep is very difficult since my Fibromyalgia flares have become a regular occurence. Using an all natural sleep aid like this makes me feel like I am doing my body good, which in turn helps with my own mental well-being.

Don’t forget May 12 is Fibromyalgia Awareness day! ‘Fibro-Sleep’ is offering a giveaway where you can win one of 10 free bottles! However, even without the giveaway, I believe the price of ‘FibroSleep’ is extremely reasonable and is being offered at a 20% discount.

Even the strong and healthy among us need help getting to sleep occasionally. This is especially true for those of us who suffer with insomnia due to chronic illness. I will definitely be keeping my bottle of ‘FibroSleep’! A  synergistic, all natural blend that helps put me to sleep, and keeps me there assisting my body to get the restorative rest it so desperately needs!

Kristine, I love this! I have troubles falling asleep too. I can be exhausted and think I’m going to fall asleep quickly and then lay there for hours. Do you think this would work for more than just Fibro? I’ve shared it, this can be a huge help to so many. Thanks for trying it and for sharing!

I don’t see why it would not. The natural ingredients aren’t exclusively beneficial to just one condition. I would only make sure that anyone with a specific condition would check the ingredients and consult with their physician to make sure there aren’t any contraindications. Natural ingredients can sometimes be more powerful than synthetic ones. Thank your for the comment Nikki and bringing that question to light! 🙂

I’ve heard such great reviews about this product. I need to give it a try. My sleep and digestive issues are the two main symptoms of my fibromyalgia that are hard for me to cope with. The sleep was resolved in the past, but now it’s hard to fall asleep again. It may be stress, but whatever it is, I need some more quality sleep!
